At CMC, as in any pre-owned equipment industry, we know testimonials are a must. We also know that testimonial letters typed into a website are definately not enough for a customer investing up to $60,000 on a piece of used equipment. We purchased an Epilight ® and a Cool Touch system from Jeff on March 5th, 2004. I actually found Jeff by doing multiple internet searches. We knew we wanted to add photorejuvenation and hair removal to our practice, but we wanted to do some research first as we had no idea about the differences in machines, expected results, ect...I spoke to about three other companies who also sell used equipment before I found Jeff. What impressed me about him was the fact that he spent 45 minutes on the phone with me during my first call to him, and he really explained how these systems work, why they work, and how I can get the best value for my money. I never felt that he was the high pressure salesman in that rush to make the sale and that was very important to me. I was also very impressed with the fact that he was concerned about getting us proper training on these machines so we would be both safe and effective.I am very happy to recommend Jeff Bayley at CMC to anyone who is looking to purchase cosmetic equipment.

Our office purchased a ConBio Medlite C3 laser from Jeff Bayley and Cosmetic Medical Company in November of 2003. After dealing with several other companies hoping to sell us a used laser, I was impressed with Jeff's honest and straightforward approach and he won our business. When our laser was initially purchased Jeff made several promises to us and he has followed through on all of them. The laser was delivered and setup professionally, with training provided to our staff and physicians at Jeff's expense.After six months of regular use the laser needed maintenance to correct fluctuations in energy levels. Per our purchase agreement, Jeff had agreed to a one year warranty on the laser. When I contacted Jeff about the need for maintenance he was more than willing to have a ConBio technician come to our office to service the machine and correct the problem, again at his expense.Any salesman can make promises to close a deal and then find every excuse not to honor these commitments. My experience with Jeff Bayley is that he delivers on everything promised and wants not only to close a sale but to establish a long-term relashionship with his customers. Our office would not hesitate to buy another laser from Jeff.

Thank you for all your assistance in equipment selection, purchasing, local installation and training on my recent laser purchases (namely, the ESC EpiLight, CoolTouch I (Nd-Yag), and Lumenis LightSheer devices). I would like to share my appreciation for your devotion and endless enthusiasm to getting my vision off the ground and helping me keep my start-up costs contained. I had never purchased anything to this magnitude before and it was an awesome experience to be given the honest guidance, technical facts and practical wisdom (as opposed to the superficial and biased interest that laser sales representatives impart) that one requires to navigate this industry. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process from the initial phone call to final delivery and personal contact. I was extremely impressed by the ability to contact you (you are a VERY accessible individual) and get the answers I needed quickly regardless of the time of day or which timezone you happened to be in!
